Our Story
Our Story
Bihari Supachya (बिहारी सुपाच्य) means “wholesome and easy to love.” We share the handmade flavours of Magadh—honest snacks crafted in small batches with clean ingredients, just like home.

We began with one favourite—thekua—hand-rolled, rich with ghee and jaggery, fried slowly the way elders taught us. Word spread; our table grew to shakarpara, khaja, tissi (til) ladoo, khurma and sattu-based treats—the flavours you pack for journeys, festivals and tea-time.
What hasn’t changed is how we make them:
Every bite is a journey through time.
- Small batches so freshness leads the flavour.
- Simple, trusted ingredients—no shortcuts.
- Food-safe workflow aligned with FSSAI; unit license under Nishaa Foods (GST-registered).
- Consistency—measured, tasted, repeatable craft.
Every bite is a journey through time.
“We started with one tin of thekua for family and friends. The goal hasn’t changed: honest Magadh flavours, cooked like home, packed with care.”
