Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, please email info@nishaafoods.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns / Replacement
Since our products are food & perishable items, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products.
However, we will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases if reported within 24 hours of delivery:
- Product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered
- Wrong item delivered
- Expired product delivered
ЁЯСЙ To process your request, please share unboxing photos/videos of the product along with the shipping label.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5тАУ7 business days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products already opened, consumed, or not stored as per instructions
- Requests made beyond the 24-hour window of delivery
